About Me
Stephen Epstein is a private equity investor who moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to be closer to the burgeoning real estate landscape. He is a board member and investment manager at CA South Development, a property development firm headquartered in Nashville. Epstein was born and raised in San Francisco, California and has always been passionate about real estate. After relocating to Nashville, he bought and sold properties in Colorado and Florida. He currently lives in Nashville with his wife, Meg. Stephen is kind, generous, and loves to give back to his community. He has donated time and money to Applied Scholastics, a reading and literacy program for children, and the non-profit Truth About Drugs. Stephen enjoys travelling the world and trying new things. He's sailed in the Virgin Islands and kiteboarded in Maui. Epstein is a board member of CA South, a real estate development firm. At CA South, he serves as the firm's investment manager - utilizing his years of hands-on property market experience. Board member Epstein's long history in property began in 2003. Fast-forward to today, and he is now responsible for overseeing CA South's investment management division, among other responsibilities. CA South is a real estate development firm quickly changing how people interact with their local communities. The firm delivered a distinctly West Coast-inspired design aesthetic to Davidson County, TN. This design aesthetic is especially familiar to California native Epstein and represents a welcome addition to the Southeast United States' wider property market.
